 Shipping your purchase

Any products bought via the webshop of Unity Cosmetics B.V. are wrapped in a neutral protective airbubble-enveloppe, and will be sent to the address within the European Union you filled in. Depending on size and weight, it will be delivered by normal post or as a parcel.
Shipping is at your own risk and the costs are at your account. During the ordering process on the webshop, you can constantly see the amount of shipping costs to be paid by you.

In case you order for 45 euro or more, shipping is FOR FREE!

You can also indicate you want to pick up the order. In that case, shipping costs will to be charged. If you chose this option in the webshop, we will contact you by mail to set a date and time for you to pick up the order in Veghel.

 When will your purchase be shipped

After receiving your payment, Unity Cosmetics ships your purchase within one working day. However, there can always be a delay caused by e.g. banking problems. Unity Cosmetics B.V. can not be liable for that kind of delays, and it is no ground to cancel the order.

During the ordering- and payment process you will receive mails about the status of your payment, and you will also receive a mail when your purchase is being shipped. 

 Costs of shipping

Costs for handling, packaging and shipping within the European Union depend on size and weight, and can be adjusted annually. We advise you to combine as much products in one order as possible, thereby reducing the shipping costs.

PARCEL POST  (ONLY WHEN PRIMER OR FOUNDATION IS ORDERED):

PARCEL POST ON YOUR CHOICE, EVEN THOUGH THE ORDER FITS IN YOUR MAILBOX (SO: NO PRIMER OR FOUNDATION IS ORDERED, BUT YOU WANT TO USE PARCEL POST ANYWAY):

If you purchase products worth € 45 or more, delivery is for free!

  Parcels with or without Track & Trace code

All parcels (not fitting a mailbox) sent within the Nederlands, will be sent with a track & trace code. You'll receive a mail with the track & trace code so you can follow your parcel on www.tntpost.nl.

All parcels sent outside the Netherlands, normally do not have a track & trace code. If you're a customer from outside the Netherlands, and you do insist on a track & trace code, the additional costs are € 7,50 (if you order more then € 45,- and therefor have to right to free shipping, then still these additional costs will be on your account). So if you insist on the track & trace outside the Netherlands, please send an email to info@unitycosmetics.com with the request for parcel transport including track & trace against additional costs of € 7,50 at your account. Unity Cosmetics will reply with a mail containing payment instructions for these additional costs, and will send the parcel to you after having received these additional costs. You will then receive the track & trace code so you can follow your parcel on www.tntpost.nl.
