Can I influence the kind of products you offer?

One the unique aspects of Unity Cosmetics is co-development with our customers. Unity Cosmetics is a modern brand which can be influenced by you. What's the meaning of being a 'shopwiki certified shop?

Shopwiki strives to offer online shoppers the best deals of trusted webshops. To receive a shopwiki certification, a webshop has to have honest pricing, a good customer service, and positive appraisals. All important to Unity Cosmetics, and integrated in our ways of working. Therefor, we are proud that we've received the label 'shopwiki certified shop'!

I've placed an order, paid for it with iDEAL, but I didn't receive a confirmation by mail. The order is not in my account information. What went wrong?

If you pay with iDEAL, in the end of the payment process you'll get a screen with the notification 'betaling voltooid' ('payment approved'). There's also a button with 'terug naar winkel' ('back to the shop'). Probably you haven't clicked this button. As a result, an automatic confirmation mail on the order will not be made, and the order will not be in your account information. The order will be visible for Unity Cosmetics after 1 day. We will send a confirmation mail to you manually, and as of that moment the order is in your account information. Ofcourse the order will be sent to you, but it might cause a delay of approx. 1 day because of all the manual actions we have to make...


How can I use my vouchers?

After selecting the products you want to buy you click the 'Overview/Vouchers' button top right on the page. It shows you an overview of all the products in your cart and also a text block with the name 'Vouchers'. Here you can paste your voucher codes.


Can I use multiple vouchers for a single order?

Depending on the type of voucher you can use it in combination with other vouchers. In case your voucher is not meant to be used combined with other vouchers, the system will let you know immediately. In case you have any questions about it please contact Customer Service using the contact button at the top of the page.

Can I use vouchers for discounted products?

Depending on the type of voucher you can use it in combination with discounts. In case you have any questions about it please contact Customer Service using the contact button at the top of the page.

 

What about my privacy?

Unity Cosmetics only uses your personal information if you authorize us to do so, and we will not collect more information then necessary. If you make an order, we ask several personal details to be able to ship the products. We ask you these details specifically for the shipping process. We will not transfer your personal details to any other person or company. Only with your explicit consent Unity Cosmetics B.V. will use (part of) your personal details for newsletters and promotions. If you sign in for an account, your personal details will be saved into a database. This database will only be used for the purpose of shipment, and - if you also signed in for the newsletter - for sending you the newsletter or promotions. You can sign out at any time without any reservations.


How can I un-subscribe to the newsletter?

On every page of our webshop, except on the homepage, you can un-subscribe for the newsletter. In the right column at the bottom you can find the word 'newsletter', followed by a field where you can fill in your email address. After that, you can chose the option 'un-subscribe'. If you chose this option, you will no longer receive newsletters of Unity Cosmetics.

What is the meaning of 'hypo-allergen'?

Hypo-allergen means there's only a very small chance of an allergic reaction to the product. This is generally the case when ingredients are used that are known for a very small chance of allergic reactions. However, not everybody can endure hypo-allergen cosmetics; some people have such a sensitive skin, that they can even react negatively to a good ingredient. So it's still a matter of trying out how your skin reacts to a certain product. But, if you're experimenting in that area, it's wise to experiment with hypo-allergen cosmetics, because they have the smallest chance of a negative skin reaction.

Can I take a look at the products in your shop?

If you want to buy our products but first want to see our products or try them on, a Home-party might be very interesting for you! However, if you prefer to take a look at our products in Eerde (a town nearby Veghel), you're more then welcome. Please send us a mail (use the contact form) or give us a call on 0031 413 751 337, and we'll arrange for a date and time for you to visit us and see and experience all our products, without any obligations. And if you decide to indeed buy a product during this visit, you can pay cash or with ATM.

 

Can I return products?

If your not satisfied with one of our products, you can return the product within 14 days after having received the product. Please note, you can only return products that are un-opened and still intact! If you want to return a product, please contact Unity Cosmetics by mailing to info@unitycosmetics.com. You will then receive further instructions how to return the product. As soon as we've received the returned intact product, we will refund the purchase amount excluding the shipping costs within 14 days, to an account at your choice. If we suspect the product being used or damaged on purpose, we will have the right to not make any refund.
