Ordering in our webshop
Our webshop is developed by using open source software. Your data are not shared with an external software company. The open software used is secured by SSL encryption and passwords. Coockies are used to gather technical information regarding your use of this software, no personal data are gathered or stored. We use webshosting and emailservices from an external party. This party processes personal data and will not use your data for personal goals. This party may however gather metadata regarding usage of their services, but these data are not personal. Our webhost has taken technical and organisational measures to prevent loss or improper use of your personal data and is under the agreement of secrecy. Automatically gathered data are processed to optimise our service. These data (e.g. your IP address or webbrowser) are not personal data.
When you send us an email or message, we might store this message as long as neccessary. Sometimes we ask for specific information related to your question, to be able to give a better advice or answer your question. We store this information on a secured server hosted by a third party. We and/or this third party will not combine this information with other personal information that we have.
For regular email correspondence we use the services of a webhost. This webhost has taken technical and organisational measures to prevent loss or improper use of your personal data and has no entry to our mailboxes. We treat our email confidential.
To deal with payments, we use external payment provider platforms. These providers process your name, address and payment details like your banking account number. These providers taken technical and organisational measures to secure your personal data. They remain the right to use your data to improve their service. In case of postponed payment, they will share your information with creditapprovers. They will only store your data within the legally determined period.
If you order in our webshop, it's our responsibility to make sure the order is deliverd to you. We use external suppliers to deliver orders. Therefor, we have to share your name, address and town. The suppliers will only use these data to deliver the order.
We share reviews by WebwinkelKeur's platform. If you leave a review, you have to share your name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this with us so we can match your review to an order. WebwinkelKeur publishes your name on the WebwinkelKeur website. Occassionally WebwinkelKeur might contact you to ask for an elaboration on your review. WebwinkelKeur only uses your name and email address to process the review and has taken technical and organisational measures to secure your personal data. WebwinkelKeur can use third parties to ensure their services, we've given consent to that.
For our administration and bookkeeping, we use an external administration office. We share your name, address and town, plus your order details. These data are used to administer your invoices. The data are securely stored. The administration office will not use your data for any other purpose and is under the agreement of secrecy.
Your data are retained as long as you're a customer of us or as long as this webshop exists. If you inform us to no longer be a customer, we'll consider it as a right to be forgotten and your data will be erased. Based on legislation we'll have to retain your invoices for the legally determined period, but our employees will no longer be able to access your customer details.
The right to see, change, limit, transfer or delete your data
You have the right to ask for insight, change, limitation, transfer or deletion of your data. To do so, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We might ask for an ID. In all situations, you'll get a reply within 20 days and in case of adjustments you'll receive an email with an explanation of how we adjusted your data according to your request.
The right to appeal to your data
You have the right to appeal against processing of your data. If you do so, we'll stop processing your data immediately. If your appeal is granted, we'll send all your personal data to you and abort the processing of your personal data. You also have the right not to be included in individual decision making processes or profiling. We don't process your data in that way, so this is not an issue.
