We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens which entitles you to make a claim under the guarantee. Under European law, we are liable for any defect in conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods. If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable time period is at least two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We advise you to first make your complaints known to us by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. As of 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
