We will process your order as soon as we have received your payment (this may take several working days). We strive to process and ship your order within one day after receipt of payment.
If you pay from abroad, you will need the following additional information to make a payment:

There are no additional charges for paying by bank transfer.

Because we consider corporate social responsibility important, we try to save as much paper as possible. Therefore, we never send an invoice with your order. You can find your invoice online in your account or request it from us by e-mail.
