Shipping costs and delivery times
The prices stated on the site do not include shipping costs. We ship orders early Wednesday morning and Saturday afternoon. Please bear in mind delivery times from these days.
With your order, you can choose a worldwide 'PostNL Priority Mail Letterboxpacket+' shipment, the costs depend on the weight (including packaging) and are automatically calculated and visible at checkout. This shipment is with Track & Trace.
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days are dispatched by us no later than the next working day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
The table below gives an indication of the delivery time. Unity Cosmetics or PostNL have no influence on the postal process in other countries, the delivery time may therefore differ from the indication given.
All mail is sent with the Priority service, marked with a Priority logo, this means that your mail is always sent with priority. Other factors that may affect the delivery time: local holidays, customs clearance in the destination country and strikes or other special events in the destination country.

Shipping to delivery addresses outside the European Union
For delivery addresses outside the EU, all shipments of DAP are shipped to the country border of the delivery address according to the 2020 Incoterms®. What is DAP? In delivery contracts, the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including customs and local taxes, once the shipment reaches the specified destination.
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days will be shipped the next working day at the latest. If for any reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
You can easily register a product for return in 'My account', under 'My orders'. You can only return a product if it is unused and undamaged. The product packaging must not have been opened, nor should any seals be broken. The product must still be saleable for us. See "right of withdrawal" below for more detailed information.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After canceling, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning the product to our return address are for your own account. For the exact rates, please consult the website of the carrier you want to use. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and (if reasonably possible) in the original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after notification of your return and receipt of your product(s). Revocation is only possible if the product is returned unused in its original, undamaged and unopened packaging (the product must still be saleable, any seals must not be broken). Please send the product with sufficient postage, to:

As soon as we have received the withdrawn product(s) in good order, you will receive the payment for this/these product(s), excluding any shipping costs. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive an Unity Cosmetics digital voucher with the return value by e-mail.
